Classes are at these locations:

Rochester - Rochester Recreational Center - 21 Elton Hills Dr. NW - Rochester MN 

 6pm-8pm - are the meeting times on all classes 

Classes have all the same content. Christmas themed cookies have arrived, the guy in red approves!  

Bring your imagination, creativity, and excitement to learn. This inclusive party has 12 available tickets for our guests to enroll. Each adult (18 years of age)  in your group needs to be on our roster. 

Your adult ticket includes:  12 sugar cutout cookies, piping bags, buttercream frosting, 6 professional pastry decorating tips, couplers and sprinkles!

Our classes are for beginners. We will show you techniques, ideas, and short demonstration on how to use decorating tips. Enhance your skills or learn a few new ones. Enrollment for classes will end at 10pm the day prior to the Cookie Decorating Party.  

Amanda Digmann has been practicing since 1998. She was inspired by the class her mother took her to that she made it her career. Along with her husband's masterfully scientific mind have created the Red Barn Bakery. Here they have been collaborating since 2015.  Please use square link to register. See you soon!
